Our Repair Process

To give you peace of mind, we've outlined our repair process so you know exactly what to expect. From start to finish we will keep you updated and informed.

1 - Gather Details

Before we can schedule any work or repairs, we need to know a bit of information. This includes some essential details such as:

  • Business name and contact details
  • The manufacturer of the printer
  • Brief description of the fault
  • Location of the printer

To speed things up, you can pay the callout charge online via the above Book Your Repair form. This will help ensure the quickest response times.

Time frame - Immediate

2 - The Repair

We will schedule an onsite engineer to be with you within 3 working days. We aim for a next working day repair, when possible.

Once our engineer arrives on site, they will:

  • Meet the site contact
  • Follow site protocol
  • Assess printer faults
  • Facilitate the printer repair
  • Confirm outcome and issue repair report

Whilst we carry most common parts and supplies to fix many known issues, an onsite repair is sometimes not possible. If this is the case, we will discuss the best options and time frames to get back up and running as quickly as possible.

Time frame - 1-3 working days

3 - The Follow Up

Once the repair is complete you will receive a follow up call shortly after. Our friendly team will check to make sure:

  • You are happy with the repair
  • Level of service
  • Any further issues or requirements
  • Feedback for our team

Time frame - up to 3 weeks after repair
