Our Service Contracts
You can book a repair online using our Request a Repair tool. This tool will ask us everything we need to provide an initial cost for a call out and you can pay online using our secure payment method. This speedy process will ensure we're able to book your repair call out without delay!
1 - Request A Quote
You can request a quote by completing the above form, or by contacting us directly via phone or email. We will need the following information to provide an accurate quote:
- Location of all printers
- Manufacturer and model numbers
- Quantity of printers
- Preferred level of protection with our service plans
- Contact details
Using the Request A Quote form will provide you with an estimate guide price, which may vary depending on model and geographical location.
We may follow up with phone call or email, to discuss further details.
Time frame - 1 to 2 working days
2 - Quotation
Once we have the necessary info, you will be issued with a quote and contract details for your fixed price plan. We will send this to you via email for you to review.
If you have any questions you can discuss this with our friendly team via phone or email.
You can accept the quotation via electronic signature and confirm purchase order number and payment details.
Time frame - Quotes valid for 30 days
3 -Pre-contract inspection
Once the order has been placed, we will arrange for a pre-contract onsite inspection. This inspection allows for:
- The printers to be checked for any existing issues
- Obvious signs of wear and tear
- Confirmation of serial and model numbers
- Anything else that may affect the repair plan
We will confirm whether all of your printers are suitable for our quoted repair coverage. If there are any pre-existing issues or any remedial work is required, we will provide separate costs to bring your printers up to working standard.
Following the pre-contract inspection and any necessary subsequent work, we can issue you repair contract.
Time frame - 1 to 3 working days
4 - Repair Coverage
Under our thermal printer repair plans, you will be provided with contact details for direct support as and when required.
If you have any issues you can contact our team. We may be able to diagnose and fix these issues via phone or remote support. If we cannot resolve the issue remotely, we will arrange for a next working day onsite repair visit.
Depending on your repair plan, we may pro-actively arrange for an annual servicing visit, where we will inspect and clean all of your covered printers. This is only available on the Platinum Plan
Time frame - Up to 1 working day for initial repair callouts, depending on geographical location
